Let’s Do It 2011!!

It’s time. =) Last year at Mayor Wrights Housing, I was preparing for our annual event. There was another group who thought they reserved the area for their event which included residents of Kukui Gardens. Instead of sending the children and parents away, I invited them. Thing is…we only had enough chili for our guests. heheheh I believe in prayer and that night, that container never went dry. We had gifts, slippahs, clothes, etc. for everyone!

Our Recipients:
PAIR2CARE” of West side stories
Child Family Services (Ewa)
Kamehameha Housing
Makakilo (PSI) Elementary School
Jefferson Elementary
Keaau Beach
State’s Waianae Shelter
Mayor Wright Housing
Kaahumanu Housing
Palolo Housing
Kuhio Park Terrace
The Next Step/Puahala Homes
Halawa Homes
Kalihi Valley Homes
Kailua agencies
Onemalu Barber’s Point
Ohana Ola

Haleiwa Beach Park across the Fire Station
Wahiawa (Father Jack’s Hale)
Kahi Kolu Ohana O’

We shipped to:
Big Island (Social Ministry Caravan Homeless Outreach Program)
Kauai (Boys and Girls Club)

100% goes to the keiki and their ohana. The sparkle in their eyes tell a story when they receive a gift as simple a pair of slippahs. We’d like to give them an extra something during the holiday season.
